Welcome to Locus. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. Who we are
Locus is a mobile app that helps people build focus sessions, pause distracting apps, and review daily screen-time habits using Apple's Screen Time APIs. We do not provide medical, mental health, or productivity-coaching advice.
2. Your content
You retain full ownership of the profile details and preferences you share with Locus. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process that information to deliver focus sessions, daily recaps, and support. We do not sell your data or share it without your consent.
3. Account rules
You agree to keep your account info secure, not upload anything illegal, harmful, or misleading, and only use the app for personal focus and productivity. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violations.
4. Payments
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method through in-app purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in iOS Settings. No refunds are provided for unused time except where required by law or Apple's policies.
5. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and strive to keep your information secure.
6. Intellectual property
Locus and all related branding, features, and code are owned by Locus. Don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we'll post the new date here and notify you via the app or email when appropriate. Continued use means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Locus operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
